His knowledge of recruitment in this specialist area and his ability to match employers to the candidates that best fit their business needs at a skills and personal level, has been a powerful and successful combination throughout his career.

Rachel Montgomery
Rachel is the Partnership Director of Perrott Partners Recruitment Limited, whilst maintaining a business development and operating focused role drawing on her years of client and commercial led experience in London. Rachel sits on the Board of the business.
Rachel also holds the role of Business Development Manager at a Central London accountancy firm where her diverse experience includes a variety of work including company secretarial affairs of corporate entities, managing financial planning projects and developing client relationships alongside professional partnerships. Blending her project management and business development experience, Rachel manages the business’ key stakeholder partnerships

Zain Naqvi
Zain is our Recruitment Specialist, with a master's degree in international business from SOAS, University of London. With his vast experience in recruitment and sourcing, he has the skills and expertise to identify and source top talent, maintain a positive candidate experience, and utilize the latest recruitment technologies and best practices.
In his most recent role, he works as a Systems Integrator and Recruitment Data Resourcer, responsible for executing targeted outreach campaigns, developing sourcing strategy, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging recruitment technologies.
Prior to this, he worked as a Global Recruiting Manager, helping identify hiring priorities, sourcing talent, promoting positive candidate experiences and authoring content for recruiting outreach.
