Contingency Recruitment

How we work

As contingency recruitment is rewarded only on our success in finding the one new employee our clients are seeking, our approach is less intensive than our Exclusive and Retained search services. We will likely be working in competition with other recruitment firms to supply candidates for a role and may not be able to secure as extensive a list of candidates because others may put them forward first.

Our contingency recruitment service focuses on using our talent database, public job boards and general advertisements to supply shortlists to complement recruitment processes. When we take on a contingency recruitment assignment, we will inform our client how much time we will allocate to a given client vacancy, depending on the specific vacancy requirements and the other commitments our consultants have to exclusive and retained clients.

Interim Contracts

How we work

Our interim recruitment service is all about finding a suitable candidate who is immediately available to fulfil an urgent requirement within our client’s business. In this scenario the candidates will likely be self-employed specialist contractors who will join our client’s business for an initial term assignment. 

This service provides our clients with the right people to meet their short term needs where the need is a temporary one or where a full employee recruitment process would take too long. 

Our extensive database of professionals who prefer to work on a contract basis, is utilised for these types of requirements followed by mainstream advertising where a suitable candidate needs to be sourced from outside that pool.
